I've never been one of those people that wanted rose bushes all over my yard. I think they are beautiful in moderation. A dear friend and my husband both gave me small rose bushes when we first moved here. I put them in the flower bed with the thought of maybe they will survive with my not-so-green-thumb. There must be something about our cruddy soil that they love, because these bushes have really blossomed. I wanted to get a picture with Logan in front of my red one, but he had a hard time holding still.
