Inspiration

My friend Emily inspired me to make some Christmas cards. Yes, I know it is summer and Christmas is still months away, but she pointed out how busy we all are in December and how all of those Christmas projects we would love to get to never seem to get done. For me that is definitely true so I had a great time pulling out all my Christmas scraps and "card-lifting" some of Emily's ideas mixed in with some of my own. Now I have 20 cards ready for the holiday season.

January Card Swap

My group is going to get me for this, but I decided to make 3 different kinds of cards for card swap this month. For some reason I was not in the mood to make all the same card. The theme was a monochromatic thank you card. I think I cheated a little on that one too. Oh well. (sorry the picture is not the best)
