Induction

Well, my induction date is set up for Monday, March 9th. I am excited to have a date set up, but I was really hoping for a Friday. It would just be easier for everyone involved if I was in the hospital on a weekend. I am also exactly 39 weeks on the Friday before. I am still going to try to talk my midwife into that day, but I guess she only works Monday-Thursday so she does not want to set up an induction on her day off. I am hoping little boy will decide to make an appearance that Thursday or Friday before my induction date on his own. Then I can have the weekend to recover and I won't have to deal with the pitocin.

boy of course! I should not be surprised about that. She said he looks great but I can't help but feel disappointed. I know, I am terrible.
