Ice Skating
Monday is Ross' birthday, so we had a family party for him yesterday. He chose ice skating- he loves roller skating so he was dying to to try it. None of the kids had ever been before. At first Ross and Kaleb were hugging the wall and Alanna was hanging on grandpa. By the end of the session Ross was all over the ice, Kaleb was skating with one hand on the wall, and Alanna was not suffocating grandpa as much as at the beginning. Ross loved it and Kaleb said it was the best day. Alanna wants to go back too, which amazes me since I figured I was totally wasting my money when I paid for her to go.

Happy Birthday to Ross! I remember holding him at the hospital and his sweet head full of dark hair. I really like that picture of the kids together.
I am glad your kids enjoyed it. I am going to wait another year before letting Carter try again. Happy Birthday, Ross!!!
