Yesterday Ross's class performed a song called "The Monkey Dance" in the school talent show. It sounded to me to be a pop version of the monkey's jumping on the bed story. Very fun. If you could only see the ears and tails the monkeys are sporting. Those were designed by me. Yes, for some reason I volunteered to make 15 sets of ears and 15 tails for this performance. As I sat at the sewing machine for hours I wondered what I had gotten myself into, but I am glad I did it. They had a great time doing this together before the end of the school year.
