- I had just finished my 3rd year of college. I was back home for the summner working at my usual summer job- Six Flags. By no means glamorous, but whatever I could do to go back to school in the fall. I was paying my own way, with no help from mom and dad, and still am paying for it. Gotta loves those student loans.
- I was writing 2 missionaries, but finding that I was starting to like one way more than the other. (It's the one I married by the way).
- I was having fun with my family since I missed them so much during the school year.

- I had just celebrated my 4th wedding anniversary.
- I had a sweet 2 year old boy, Ross.
- I was pregnant with sweet boy #2, Kaleb, and getting ready for a very hot summer even though we lived in Idaho. Kim had just bought me a nice window A/C unit so I could survive the summer since Kaleb was due the beginning of September.
- Kim was still in college with one year left to go.
- I lived in a nice apartment with 2 great friends- one right next door and the other right behind us (love ya Jolene and Juliette!)
