2nd Graders Rule the School
That's what it looked like when I got there to chaperone last night. It was actually a 2nd Graders Rent the School Night. It was a great idea- if all the 2nd graders together read 100,000 pages in 8 weeks they got to have a party at the school. In order to attend each student had to read at least 600 pages. They had pizza, face painting, crafts, sidewalk chalk, hula hoops, karaoke, bowling, and roller skating. Ross loved being able to roller skate in the cafeteria with the skates he got for Christmas. Ross also loved the craft table, probably one of the only boys that spent half the night there. Maybe he will be a famous artist someday. Here is a picture of him skating in the cafeteria.
